A photograph can be part of the letter, especially if it recalls a shared place or day. Review the finished layout before ordering. Our editor makes a printed letter from your text; it does not turn it into a letter physically handwritten by you.

Sometimes you read a few lines and immediately think of a person. A story about beginning again might fit a friend in a new chapter. A small act of kindness might recall someone who quietly does the same for others. Choose the connection over the occasion label.

Check the renewal terms before buying. The Club is an ongoing monthly subscription, not a prepaid gift that stops after a fixed number of months. You manage renewals and cancellation in your account.
Think about the moment it arrives.
For something tied to a date, allow time for printing and the post. A preparation date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Confirm the recipient’s current address and avoid putting anything on an exposed mailing surface that you would want kept private.
