When does their gift begin?
The gift month starts when payment is confirmed and ends at the same time one calendar month later. If that date does not exist in the following month, it ends on that month’s last day. Every Wednesday preparation date at 16:00 UTC within that period is included. You’ll see the exact dates in your gift order.
What arrives, and when?
A different story on a colour, double-sided folded self-mailer each week, without a separate envelope. It folds to 5.5 × 8.5 inches. Letters enter the mailing queue for their scheduled editions; dispatch may be delayed, and postal arrival varies. This is not a guaranteed birthday-date delivery. Included editions remain covered if mailing finishes after the gift month ends.
Will I be charged again?
No. This is one payment of $29 USD plus applicable tax, with printing and US postage included. It never renews. Any existing subscription you have stays separate and continues under its own terms.
Who gets the digital membership?
Between Us digital reading access belongs to your purchasing account during the gift month. Your recipient gets the physical letters, with no account needed and no prices printed on them.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes. Open your gifted month in your account and update the address for editions not yet prepared. Letters already being prepared or mailed cannot be redirected. Delivery is available in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.
What if something goes wrong?
Email eliaskvamme1@gmail.com with your account email and the edition date. We’ll investigate missing letters and arrange a replacement or an appropriate remedy. Postal letters do not always include individual delivery tracking.
